No cooking required - just mix, roll and enjoy! These delicious bliss balls are the perfect ball of sweet and tangy prebiotic packed goodness. Say hello to a fibre fuelled snack you can enjoy at any time of day.
Ingredients
Makes: 12 bliss balls
2 cups dried apricots
1 cup almond meal
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons Fertile Gut Microbiome Essentials
3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
(optional) 2 tablespoons chia seeds
To serve
Roll in extra desiccated coconut if you wish.
Method
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender or food processor and blitz until a dough is formed.
- Use a tablespoon to scoop 2 tablespoons of dough into the palm of your hand. Roll into a ball and place onto a large plate.
- Repeat this process until all of the dough has been used. You should get approx 12 balls.
- Roll the balls in extra desiccated coconut if you wish.
Cover with cling wrap and place in the fridge to set. These will store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or you can freeze them to enjoy at a later date.
