Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12pm AEST are usually processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm AEST will generally be processed the following business day.

  • During peak times (e.g., sales periods, holidays), please allow a little extra time for processing.

Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Times

Within Australia

We ship via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes:

  • Brisbane & surrounds: 1–2 business days

  • Other metro areas: 3–5 business days

  • Regional & rural areas: May take a little longer

 

International Shipping

We love sharing Fertile Gut around the world, and we now ship selected products from Australia across the globe, including the United States.

Due to international shipping regulations, some items may be unavailable for delivery. If a product cannot be shipped to your location, this will be indicated at checkout.

For international orders (including the US), please allow 10–20 business days for delivery. Shipping times can vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs

  • Australia: Standard shipping rates apply at checkout. Free shipping may be available above certain order thresholds (check current promotions on our website).

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Refund & Returns Policy

Because our products are natural, perishable goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been dispatched. This ensures the highest safety and product integrity.
