Ingredients
1 banana ripe and mashed
1 egg
¼ C nut butter
¼ C maple syrup
1 C GF flour (or you can use normal flour if not GF) minus 2 tbsp flour and substitute for 2 tbsp
Microbiome Essentials
½ tsp baking powder
¼ C dark choc chips
Method
Put wet ingredients into tin loaf and mix. Add in dry ingredients and sprinkle with choc chips. Bake at 180C for 16-20 min.
