Ingredients
¾ C nut butter -smooth
¼ C Microbiome Essentials (~4 tbsp)
¼ C almond meal
2 tbsp Maple syrup
If not salt in peanut butter than include a sprinkle of sea salt
Top of slice:
1/2 C dark chocolate nibs
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp coconut oil (or less if smooth enough)
Directions
Mix nut butter in a saucepan to melt and add in almond meal, Microbiome Essentials and maple syrup.
Pop this mixture into a slice tray (lined with baking paper).
Make the topping by melting dark chocolate, but butter and coconut oil together. Pour over the base layer and then freeze for 20 min.
Cut into ~14 serves.
